Infinity Talents Group is seeking passionate and experienced Registered Nurses (RN) currently residing in the UK who are looking for PRN (as-needed) nursing roles with the opportunity to switch their visa locally through a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS). This role is ideal for nurses on student, graduate, or dependent visas who are ready to take the next step in their UK career journey.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver safe, high-quality, and compassionate care to patients across assigned healthcare facilities.
Administer medications, assess patient conditions, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
Accurately complete care plans and maintain patient records in compliance with NMC guidelines.
Assist with patient mobility, hygiene, and emotional support to ensure overall well-being.
Respond effectively to emergencies and adapt to dynamic healthcare environments.
Maintain compliance with all policies, health and safety procedures, and infection control standards.
Eligibility Criteria:
Must currently reside in the United Kingdom.
Must hold a valid NMC Pin (UK Registered Nurse status).
Must be eligible and willing to switch visa locally (Student, Graduate, Dependent, etc.).
Minimum of 6–12 months of nursing experience in the UK (care home, hospital, or community settings preferred).
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexible to work various PRN shifts, including weekends and holidays when needed.
Updated immunization record, mandatory training certificates, and DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain).
