Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

1. Patient Care and Medical Services:

• Provide personalized and evidence-based care to patients.
• Administer prescribed medications, perform diagnostic tests, and oversee treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families on preventive care and health management.

2. Team Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring smooth communication for holistic care.
• Participate in regular case reviews and team meetings to optimize patient outcomes.

3. Documentation and Compliance:

• Maintain precise and confidential medical records.
• Follow UK healthcare laws and the highest ethical standards.
• Prepare and submit routine reports on patient progress and care delivery.

4. Emergency and Critical Care:

• Respond to emergencies with expertise and efficiency.
• Provide critical care in high-pressure situations, ensuring the best outcomes for patients.

Qualifications

Education:

• Nurses: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.

Licenses and Certifications:

• Active nursing or medical license from the Philippines or any internationally recognized healthcare board.
• Additional certifications such as ACLS, BLS, or PALS are highly preferred.

Experience:

• Nurses: At least 2 years of experience in clinical or hospital settings.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of medical procedures and patient care practices.
• Proficiency in healthcare technologies and systems.
• Excellent communication, adaptability, and team collaboration abilities.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to handle long shifts, including nights and weekends, when needed.
• Physical fitness to manage tasks such as patient lifting and emergency responses.
