Weekday: £12 to £13 per hour (depending on experience)

We are offering a fantastic opportunity for experienced Female Carers to secure a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) in the UK. This offer applies to both international candidates and those looking to switch their current visa within the UK. Successful candidates will work as carers, providing essential care to clients and ensuring their wellbeing. This is a long-term position with visa sponsorship for those meeting the qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care services to clients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
Ensure medication is administered correctly and on time.
Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
Monitor and report changes in clients’ conditions to relevant healthcare professionals.
Travel to client locations, especially for domiciliary care, which requires owning a vehicle.
Key Requirements:
Visa Eligibility:
Must already be residing in the UK or eligible for a visa switch.
Applicants must have at least 3 months of validity left on their visa.
Family visa options are available for those applying with dependents.
Student visa holders can apply if they have relevant healthcare experience.
Driving Requirement:
A valid UK driver’s license is mandatory.
Must own a vehicle for travelling to client locations.
Experience Requirement:
Must have prior experience in general care or healthcare settings.
Training Requirement:
Candidates who are not on a current care visa must complete mandatory care training (training fee of £500 applies).

Interview Preparation:
Candidates will receive interview preparation support to ensure success in their interview with potential employers.
Interview:
Shortlisted candidates will undergo an interview with the employer.
Issuance of Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS):
Successful candidates will receive a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) and a formal job offer.
Fee Structure:
Training Fee: £500 (non-refundable) for those not on a care visa.
Consultancy Fee: £350 (non-refundable), covering the process of finding a suitable employer.
Timeline:
The entire process, from document submission to receiving the CoS, will be completed within 3 months following a successful interview.
