About the Role

mrge is looking for a talented and detail-driven Data Analyst to join its growing analytics team. In this role, you’ll transform raw data into meaningful insights that power smart business decisions and shape user experiences across global markets. Working cross-functionally with engineering, product, and business teams, you’ll play a key role in building scalable data models, uncovering trends, and fostering a strong data culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering and product teams to monitor and optimize business metrics.

• Identify key insights and proactively highlight opportunities for performance improvement.

• Create and maintain dashboards and reports that drive strategic and operational decisions.

• Build forecasting, optimization, or predictive models to support product and business goals.

• Work closely with stakeholders to translate business questions into data-driven solutions.

• Continuously improve data tools, processes, and culture as the organization scales.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, analytics engineering, or data science.

• Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with OLAP databases such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or ClickHouse.

• Solid knowledge of Python and data analysis libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and Jupyter.

• Hands-on experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

• Understanding of machine learning models or linear optimization techniques.

• Strong communication skills and ability to present insights to technical and non-technical audiences.

• Proactive, analytical mindset with a natural curiosity for how systems behave.

• Bonus: Familiarity with data engineering principles and tools.
