About the Role

Are you customer-obsessed and solution-oriented? At Infinity Talents Group, we’re hiring on behalf of Clipboard Health for a Client Support Specialist (HCF Agent) role supporting healthcare facilities across the U.S. This is not your typical call center job. You’ll serve as a frontline account manager, proactively resolving issues and strengthening relationships with key B2B clients in the healthcare sector.

You’ll be expected to go beyond the script—solve real problems, prevent client churn, and drive a seamless customer experience. Your performance will be evaluated not just by numbers, but by the impact you make on our clients’ success.

What You’ll Be Doing

✅ End-to-End Support: Handle phone and email inquiries from healthcare facilities with speed, professionalism, and accuracy.
✅ Retention-Focused: Proactively identify and resolve issues to prevent churn and maintain strong client relationships.
✅ High-Volume, High-Impact: Manage at least 30 calls and 15 email tickets per day while delivering real resolutions.
✅ Autonomous Work: Excel in a fast-paced, remote work environment without needing constant direction.
