About the Role:

• Promoting autonomy and decision-making in the care process.
• Supporting the health, independence, and emotional wellbeing of individuals.
• Ensuring accurate reporting and documentation of care.
• Representing Infinity Talents Group’s values by providing compassionate and professional care.

Requirements:

• Experience delivering care, especially in a similar setting.
• A compassionate, flexible, and team-oriented approach to care.
• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or a commitment to obtaining this qualification.
