Position: Live-in Carer / Domiciliary Care Worker

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced female carers, both international and local, to secure a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) and work in the UK as live-in or domiciliary carers. Candidates must have relevant care experience, meet specific visa eligibility requirements, and hold a valid driver’s license if applying for domiciliary care roles. This offer includes visa sponsorship for those qualified and committed to providing high-quality care services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care and support to clients in their homes, assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and mobility.
• Administer medications as required, following prescribed healthcare routines.
• Offer companionship and emotional support, ensuring clients’ overall well-being.
• Conduct domiciliary visits (for domiciliary care workers), travelling to client homes, which requires driving and owning a vehicle.
• Monitor and report any changes in clients’ health or behavior to healthcare professionals.

Eligibility Criteria:

Visa Requirements:

• Applicants must be on any valid visa with at least 3 months of remaining validity.
• Candidates on visas with dependents are eligible to apply for a family visa.
• Students can apply under a single visa but must have relevant experience in healthcare.

Driving Requirement:

• For domiciliary care roles, candidates must have a valid UK driver’s license and own a vehicle for travel to client locations.

Experience Requirement:

• Must have strong experience in Pediatric Care or General Care.
• Healthcare experience is crucial for student visa holders.

Training Requirement:

• Candidates not currently on a care visa are required to complete mandatory care training (training fee of £500 applies).

Application Process:

1. Submission of Documents:

   • Candidates must submit an enhanced CV detailing their relevant experience, qualifications, and certifications.

2. Interview Preparation:

   • Interview preparation support will be provided to ensure candidates are well-prepared for their employer interviews.

3. Interview:

   • An interview will be scheduled with potential employers.

4. Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) and Job Offer:

   • Successful candidates will receive their job offer and a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) after passing the interview.

Fee Structure:

• Training Fee: £500 (non-refundable) for those not already on a care visa.
• Consultancy Fee: £350 (non-refundable), covering the cost of finding a suitable employer.

Timeline:
The entire process, from submission to the issuance of the CoS, will be completed within 3 months after a successful interview.
